At XOarts, every piece is custom-made with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, the following policy applies to all purchases made through XOarts.com or related services.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Most XOarts products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of custom work:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all design details, names, dates, spelling, logos, colors, and specifications before approving production.

  • Changes or cancellations may not be possible after final approval is given.

Deposits & Payments

Certain custom projects may require a deposit before work begins.

Deposits help cover design time, materials, and production preparation and may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error by XOarts, customers must contact XOarts within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order information

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

XOarts will review the issue and determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial/full refund when applicable. The decision is solely XOarts choice.

Shipping Delays

Production and shipping times may vary depending on project size, customization, holidays, and carrier delays.

XOarts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, replacements, or corrections may be offered at the discretion of XOarts for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect customization caused by XOarts

  • Manufacturing defects

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved errors

  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer

  • Minor variations in wood grain, color, texture, epoxy patterns, or handcrafted details

  • Delays outside of XOarts’ control

Handmade & Natural Material Disclaimer

Many XOarts products are handcrafted using real wood and custom materials. Natural variations, including grain patterns, knots, textures, engraving depth, epoxy flow, and color variations, are part of the uniqueness and character of each piece.

No two items will be exactly alike.
